Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Singuistic, operated by Ravolution AB (org.nr 556709-7547), Kaptensgatan 16, 111 57 Stockholm, Sweden. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

Singuistic is a language-learning companion that shows song lyrics with translations and lets you save and review vocabulary. Some features require connecting your own Spotify account or using your device microphone; these are optional and described in our Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You must be at least 13 years old, or use the service under a school/institutional agreement. You're responsible for activity under your account.

3. Spotify and third parties

Singuistic is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Spotify. Using the Spotify connection requires your own Spotify account and is subject to Spotify's terms. During our closed beta, lyrics are sourced from LRCLIB and translations from DeepL. Song recognition uses ACRCloud or AudD.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans (Pro, Pro Unlimited) are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices and features may change with notice. Your Spotify account is separate — we never charge for music.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break, scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer it; no unlawful use; no infringement of others' rights.

6. Intellectual property

Lyrics and translations remain the property of their rights holders and are shown under licence. Singuistic's own software, brand, and design are owned by Ravolution AB. Your learning data is yours; you can export or delete it anytime.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running but provide it "as is" and can't guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited; nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Swedish or EU law (including your consumer rights).

8. Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply.
